Not long ago, I was managing Priv8Car—my taxi service business in Florida—until new technologies changed the rules of the game. I knew that I had to find a new alternative; I traveled out of the country to get in touch with my roots. Soon after, I was overwhelmed with the beauty of the equatorial Andes, and I knew what was my purpose in life.
Even though I didn’t know the path; all doors opened with ease. In no time I had my first group of adventurers—they were too kind with their reviews. I felt passion guiding them, anxious to see their reactions when we arrived.
Looking at them helped me remember my first visit to the Great Waterfall, that was the confirmation I needed to continue. Since then, I’ve had more groups with the same reactions, and it makes me happy to know they enjoyed the trip. I wanted to continue helping more adventurers and COVID.
My preferred excursion, the one I like to recommend to everyone, is the Great Waterfall. If you are in Quito, make some time to visit it. Pictures don’t do it justice.
I’ve been told that more tours will help me get returning clients—there are other magical places, but I’ll create more experiences with time.
