Hello world!

Hi, my name is Sebastian. Welcome to Andes Tours, a window to display the wonders of the equatorial Andes. Here you’ll be able to find tips and other information to help you choose Quito as your next travel destination.

I’ll be answering some of the questions most travelers search for before choosing their next adventure, and maybe some of my experiences as a travel guide in Quito will help you. Unlike most travelers, I prefer to look for hidden gems close to my home, that’s why you’ll find that my tours are everything but ordinary.

Not long ago, I was just a traveler enjoying the beauty of the equatorial Anden, until I found the most astonishing waterfall. My surprise was so big that I wanted to know if it would be the same for others, my first guided tour was with my girlfriend—she was speechless.

I knew there was more to the waterfall than met the eye. Although it took me some time to learn all of its secrets, I knew that more travelers needed to know about it.

My first paid group found me on a popular travel website. I didn’t know what to expect, but we had a great day getting to the waterfall. To my surprise they gave me advice and helped me get more bookings thanks to their great reviews.

2019 showed me how capable of a tourist guide I could be, and then the pandemic.

However, 2021 is starting and I want to continue showing travelers from all around the world the secret gems of the equatorial Andes.

Join me, and together we’ll discover the secret treasure of Atahualpa—Quito’s last emperor—and maybe find the riches he hid from the conquerors.

Such sweet card and tag. Love the stars and the embossing paste background. I know she loved it and would make a great keepsake for her baby book!

Most Americans are now well aware that we have an infrastructure crisis that goes beyond long commute times. We all nod in agreement when some of our airports are likened to those of Third World countries.
